1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (medmixcareers.co.uk), registering an account, booking a free or paid consultation, or purchasing any of our career coaching packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
MEDmix Careers Ltd provides professional coaching, advice, and guidance tailored to healthcare careers in the United Kingdom. Our services include:
- CV review and cover letter optimization.
- NHS supporting information and job application guidance.
- Interview preparation, structure coaching (STAR method), and mock interviews.
- Healthcare career mapping, pathway advice, and sponsorship entry strategy.
- Comprehensive all-inclusive coaching packages.
3. Advisory Nature & Job Disclaimer
Important Notice: MEDmix Careers Ltd is an independent career coaching and advisory organisation. We are not an employment agency or recruiter, and we are not an official arm of the National Health Service (NHS) or the UK Home Office.
While our coaches provide expert feedback, mock practice, and strategic guidance designed to maximize your career prospects, MEDmix Careers Ltd cannot and does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, or visa sponsorship. Final recruitment and sponsorship decisions rest solely with individual NHS trusts, employers, and UK immigration authorities.
4. Bookings, Fees & Payments
- Pricing: All package prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are clearly stated on our website.
- Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment must be received prior to scheduling one-on-one coaching sessions or receiving written application reviews.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a booked coaching session, please notify your assigned coach at least 24 hours in advance to allow for calendar reallocation.
- Refund Policy: Due to the tailored, intellectual, and personalized nature of bespoke career coaching and document reviews, fees for completed sessions or delivered written reviews are generally non-refundable. If you experience an exceptional circumstance, please contact our support team.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, frameworks, guides, branding, and content provided by MEDmix Careers Ltd remain our exclusive intellectual property. Materials provided to you during coaching are licensed solely for your personal career development and must not be distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEDmix Careers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
